A 1% transfer tax on every transfer of $ALICE — on any venue — is paid out to holders in VIDAX, pro-rata. An approx 2.5% fee is deducted to cover the network costs of distributing and supporting operations. Tax collects until they are worth distributing, then go to wallets holding at least $20 of $ALICE at that moment.
